Free browser utilities
Browser utilities run locally and require no account or payment. Review the description of the selected operation, input limits, and output before using it. These tools provide explicit formatting, conversion, comparison, and generation functions; they do not make business decisions or verify the meaning of supplied data. Each input is limited to 256 KiB, and supported CSV operations accept up to 5,000 data rows and 100 columns. Individual utilities impose additional format, size, and safety limits shown in their descriptions and errors.
Optional settings, handoffs, and feedback
Reusable settings save selected options and column choices on this browser, with the label you choose. They do not save file contents, filenames, prompts, or results. Avoid personal or confidential names; remove presets in the settings controls or clear site data. Prepared text or CSV can be passed to a next tool in page memory. Review it before running: a handoff does not automatically execute a tool or upload files, and report processing still requires permission. Each destination’s input limits apply. Feedback is optional and prepares an email draft for you to review and send; files and results are not attached automatically.
AI accounts and draft allowances
AI generation requires a signed-in account with a verified primary email and explicit permission to send your text to Cloudflare Workers AI. Free accounts receive three successful drafts for the lifetime of the account. Active Pro subscriptions use their monthly allowance of 100 successful drafts; unused lifetime trial drafts remain available when the account returns to Free. Each successful new generation uses one allowance. There are no automatic overage charges.
The service restores a reserved draft allowance when an AI provider failure prevents a successful output. If a request is still pending or its network result is uncertain, retrying the same request reference checks or continues that request without charging for a duplicate generation. A completed retry returns its original result. Changing the input or intentionally generating another draft is a new request. A failed request can be retried as a new generation using a new reference. A successful draft uses its allowance even if you later decide not to use, download, or keep it.
AI access is subject to account, network, service-capacity and provider safety limits. These can temporarily prevent a new generation even when your monthly allowance remains. The workspace shows the input limit available to your account. Do not create additional accounts or bypass limits to obtain extra free usage.
AI drafts can contain errors, invented details, incomplete instructions, or unsuitable recommendations. They are editable working material, not verified facts, production-ready instructions, or a professional audit. Review every factual claim, command, query, mapping, and operational step with a qualified person before use. The tools do not access your systems, execute code or commands, or perform the actions described in an output. Provide only information you are authorized to share.
Original AI outputs are encrypted and available in your account for 24 hours, subject to deletion and service availability. Download any draft you want to retain. Edits made in the page are local and are not saved back to the account. Deleting a saved original ends active access and does not restore a successfully used allowance. Minimal usage and retry records persist for account administration after output expiry. See the privacy notice for processing, account records, retention, and deletion requests. Signing out does not delete saved data. After you complete Clerk’s account-deletion confirmation, its verified notification removes the linked Kinevra AI account, stored drafts, and account-linked report contents and associations. Unlinked browser reports, correspondence, local copies, required payment or business records, and provider backups have separate handling or retention. The privacy controls also let you delete selected saved data without closing the sign-in account.
Free AI briefs accept up to 4,000 characters, with an output ceiling of 900 model tokens. Pro briefs accept up to 12,000 characters, with an output ceiling of 1,800 model tokens and a target of up to 900 words. Output length varies by task and model; token limits do not guarantee a word count. Outputs remain editable drafts requiring review.
Free previews and Pro complete reports
Free previews show the report summary, scope and up to five finding rows. Fictional demonstrations use fixed example data. Pro includes 100 complete hosted reports per paid billing period. Each explicit unlock uses one report allowance and opens all findings plus CSV and JSON downloads for that run. Different files, settings or a new run create a separate report. Reopening an already unlocked report does not consume another allowance.
Free hosted report previews accept up to 100 rows and 32 KiB per CSV. The Pro large-report release is planned for up to 5,000 rows and 2 MiB per CSV; it becomes available only when that processing tier is enabled. The workspace shows the active limits before upload. Both tiers keep their published column, cell, dependency and result-size limits. A workflow accepts one or two files as shown. Preview frequency and service capacity limits also apply.
Report checks are deterministic and limited to the supplied export. Read the tool’s input template, configured checks, findings, and limitations. No live-system connection, production change, automatic remediation, import approval, SAP compatibility certification, or professional audit opinion is included. A report with no flagged findings does not prove that the underlying data or system is correct.
Report access and delivery
Complete report unlocks require an authenticated account, active Pro access and an available report allowance, verified by the server. Unlocking an unlinked report from its original browser also saves it to that account. A report already linked to another account cannot be reassigned by unlocking it. A return URL, report link, receipt screenshot or account association alone does not grant complete access.
Report contents expire 24 hours after preview creation. Unlocking, linking, subscribing or renewing does not extend that deadline. Download before the deadline shown on the report. Access remains subject to expiry, deletion, refunds and authorization checks. My reports offers a separate metadata export; it does not include findings or bypass complete-access checks.
New hosted previews require a signed-in account with a verified primary email. Browser-owned previews remain tied to their original browser cookie until explicitly linked or unlocked with Pro. Clearing cookies can remove browser access. Deleting report data immediately ends access and removes its account association; it does not cancel a subscription, request a refund or restore a used report allowance. Contact support with the report reference if a confirmed unlock cannot be delivered.
Individual use and offline copies
Do not share account credentials or redistribute, publish or resell the software kit. You may share your own reports and deliverables with clients and colleagues. Offline downloads include an account-specific license reference without your email address. The notice does not technically prevent copying or modifying the file.
Protected services allow three sign-in sessions used within the last 30 minutes per account. All sessions share the same allowances. This control does not revoke offline copies or prevent running local code already downloaded. New downloads and updates require active Pro access.
Pro subscription and cancellation
Kinevra Pro is an individual subscription at $20 USD per month, plus applicable tax shown at checkout. It renews monthly until canceled. It includes the five advanced local workspaces, new offline-kit downloads, 100 successful AI drafts and 100 complete hosted reports per paid billing period. Monthly allowances expire at period end and do not roll over. Local workspace runs do not consume cloud allowances; published file and processing limits still apply. Service engagements are separately scoped and charged.
Stripe handles subscription checkout and billing settings. Kinevra verifies subscription status on the server before granting Pro access. Use Manage billing and cancellation on the pricing page to cancel renewal; confirmed cancellation normally keeps Pro access until the end of the paid period. A failed or unconfirmed payment does not establish a new paid period. Check your billing status before repeating checkout. Availability and test mode are clearly labeled on the pricing page. Test checkout does not collect a real payment.
The subscription is for one person and does not include shared seats or resale rights. Canceling ends eligibility for new Pro web sessions, offline-kit downloads and updates after the paid access period. An offline version already downloaded continues working locally after cancellation. It does not update itself or include AI and hosted processing. Keep your project and evidence downloads in an approved location.
Closing your sign-in account revokes Kinevra access and initiates subscription cancellation. Cancellation is complete only after Stripe confirms it; temporary provider failures can delay confirmation. Use the billing portal to cancel renewal before deleting the account, and contact support if cancellation is not confirmed. Deleting only saved AI or report data does not cancel the subscription.
Billing and delivery support
Contact Kinevra if you see a duplicate subscription charge, an incorrect billing amount or a paid feature that cannot be delivered. Include the billing reference and describe the problem; do not send card details or confidential inputs. We investigate confirmed billing and delivery failures and correct or refund charges where appropriate. Refund requests are assessed on the facts and applicable law. These terms do not remove statutory rights.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method; provider processing times apply. A subscription refund can revoke the associated paid access. An older individually purchased report remains governed by the order and refund terms presented at that purchase.
SAP and workflow service packages
The following standard packages are available by inquiry. The listed prices are USD and apply to the defined scope; they are not automatic purchases.
- SAP Operations Review — $750: one ABAP system/client, with supplied snapshots for up to three agreed areas among background jobs, transports, IDocs, and user administration. Deliverables are evidence-linked findings, a prioritized action list, a responsibility matrix, and one 45-minute findings call.
- Workflow & Integration Blueprint — $500: one workflow between two applications, based on existing documentation and a discovery call. Deliverables are a process and data-flow diagram, up to 15 key field mappings, access and dependency requirements, an error-handling and acceptance-test plan, and one 30-minute handoff. Production integration implementation is not included.
- Runbook & Handoff Package — $500: one existing operational procedure with up to 15 main steps, using customer-provided evidence. Deliverables are a reviewed procedure, prerequisites, verification points, known-failure and escalation steps, recovery considerations, and one 45-minute walkthrough.
Each package includes one consolidated revision requested within seven calendar days of delivery. Before payment, we confirm scope, availability, client prerequisites, the access or evidence-sharing method, delivery date, acceptance criteria, price, and cancellation terms in a written agreement. Any additional work requires a separately agreed scope and quote. An inquiry does not create an order, a charge, or an obligation to proceed.
Service packages do not include production changes, emergency response, continuous monitoring, software licenses, a complete security audit, or legal, accounting, audit, or compliance certification. No uptime or response-time guarantee is offered. Illustrative examples on the service pages use fictional data and do not represent completed client projects or working production connectors.
Authorized use and independent services
Use only information you are authorized to process and share. Remove credentials and sensitive personal data before upload. Do not attempt to access another customer’s account, drafts, or reports; bypass authentication, payment, or usage limits; interfere with the service; or submit malicious content. Retain source files and have an appropriate person review findings before business or system changes.
